Suzuki GT750A, 1976

I don’t have the time to do much riding due to other interests so was thinking of selling.
One owner since aug 1977. V5 in my name. Registered keepers show a couple more since I had my friend looking after the bike for a few years and he became the keeper for insurance purposes. Then transferred back to me when I moved back to UK after 20 years overseas.
Never crashed, never broken down. Starts, runs and stops as it should. It’s been quite a remarkable machine, always starts after long periods of storage, needing not much attention other than usual maintenance.
It’s a historic vehicle now so no MOT or Road Tax
In 2004 / 2005 the bike and engine were rebuilt (including crank). Frame and parts powder coated, lots of bits replaced. Professional paint job.
Used for a few hundred miles per year only since restoration. Last ridden on a trip from Scotland round Ireland in 2019 without any problem, then stored in a heated garage.
01 November 2022, washed down, installed new battery, changed all fluids and fired up. Took photographs and did compression tests, which were fairly uniform between 110 -115 each cylinder.
The bike is a good runner, but not in showroom condition. Would be a great bike for regular use or further restoration to showroom condition.
The exhausts are original and in good condition, with a few non visible surface rust areas.
Wheels were previously rebuilt. Spokes are good, however chrome rims showing some corrosion.
Petrol tank has no rust internally having been treated previously
The photos show a rack which is not included. The original grab rail will be included.
Suzuki mirrors and rubber mounts.
The original front brake calipers have been cleaned and powder coated ready for re-installation or use as spares. The calipers on the bike are from another model.
